I’ve awakened feeling . . . awake. The first thing, I got on the exercise bike and put in 4 miles while finishing the story I fell asleep reading, last night. I told Al that I needed to go to bed early and would close the door to the bedroom, so that his watching television would not disturb me. (I never even heard it.) He took care of letting Samantha out and putting her into the kennel before he went to bed. (I have no idea what time that was, I was so deeply asleep.)
I’ve had a nice ham-and-cheese omelette for breakfast, orange and cranberry juice, and a coffee-and-milk. The coffee pot’s currently brewing a caffeine fix for Al when he awakens.
